Are you in?

WARNING: This is not a success story. It’s mainly my story. I don’t know about yours J
Blogging is the new “in” thing. I guess you already figured why I have a blog now. Smart ass. Congratulations! Well, I am the perfect person to have a blog .. because.. because I do not know how to write. And because I am a former DJ at iFM. You’re right, I am sarcastic. I must admit, I am no writer. I talk a lot but I hate writing. Thank god for laptops (or shall I thank “inventor of computer” ) that I don’t have to literally write my stupid thoughts down.
I am currently on my 26th year of my life. Yes, I am at my QUARTER LIFE CRISIS stage. DAMEEEEEETTTTTT!! Oh yeah! I just screamed. For those that are still in their teens, this is my only advice: find who you really are as early as possible.. AEAP? Lol -à I like LOL
I have experienced 13 jobs ever since I graduated last 2007. 13? Maybe14. hold on, lets list em down:
  1. call center
  2. housekeeping
  3. bathroom girl
  4. TVC model
  5.  Account executive
  6.  Production assistant
  7.  Assistant
  8.  PR Associate
  9.  Retail Operations executive
  10.  DJ
  11.  Art Director

Okay, I over exaggerated. like exag!! (Im imagining right now how the ladies say the word “EXAGGGGGE”) LOL.
So, 11 jobs. 11 unrelated jobs in 4 years. Btw, I’m a registered nurse. I think I can officially say that I am.. LOST! I am the perfect example of LOST. And also, I am unemployed right now. Doing some jobs on the side but I just rented a place and as a normal human being, I do worry about my bills. But I have faith. And they say worrying is bad. Worrying is wrong. I wanted this house and I know I can get through this. Self-encouragement? Lol.
I do not have an answer on what tomorrow will be. There are more people out there with bigger problems, people that have had real crucial events in their lives.. but they made it through. So, I will not quit and will continue this journey. I used to think that you can only be happy when you’ve reached your goal.. your expectations. But happiness is in the creation. And happiness is my goal. As Domonique Bertolucci said, “Real Success is not about having it all but having the things that matter”.

  2. Wow I didn't know you had a blog! and who is that boy?! ;p

Don't worry about your 11 jobs. It just means you are resilient and persevering. You are a fighter who continues to pursue her dreams. I think for the better part you already know what you really want. Some dreams are harder to reach than others. I'm sure they are also more rewarding in the end if you get them. If you don't, no experience is wasted as long as you enjoyed and learned from them.

I believe in you maugnificent :) Maybe it's time for you to pause and reflect. So you can plan better for your next move :) Spend some time for yourself, quiet time where you can think about things.

Pray that you will have the courage to change the things that you can, the humility to accept those that you cannot change and the wisdom to know the difference :)
